Setup guide

Set up InvoHawk inside WooCommerce.

Download the plugin, install it in WordPress, then open WooCommerce → InvoHawk and click Start free. The plugin creates and saves the connection automatically — no website account or API key copy-and-paste required.

Install plugin

Install and activate

Open WordPress Admin → Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin. Select the InvoHawk ZIP, install it, and activate the plugin.

Connect your store

Connect your store

Open WooCommerce → InvoHawk, accept the Terms and Privacy Policy, and click Start free. InvoHawk creates and saves the connection automatically.

Generate first invoice

Generate your first invoice

Open a WooCommerce order and click Generate Invoice. The PDF is prepared and becomes available for download from the same order page.

Free includes 10 invoices with a watermark. Paid access is $19 for 30 days with unlimited invoices and no watermark. No subscription and no automatic renewal.

Plugin updates

Updating an existing installation

InvoHawk Early Access updates are currently installed by replacing the existing plugin ZIP. Your connection key and seller details are stored in WordPress and remain in place when the plugin files are replaced.

  1. Download the latest InvoHawk plugin ZIP.
  2. Open WordPress Admin → Plugins → Add New Plugin.
  3. Click Upload Plugin.
  4. Select the ZIP and click Install Now.
  5. Choose Replace current with uploaded.
  6. Return to WooCommerce → InvoHawk and confirm that the store is connected.
